1. Working principle
Based on the principle of thermal diffusion. When gas flows through the sensor, it takes away heat, causing a change in the temperature of the sensor. By measuring the relationship between the temperature difference of the sensor and the gas flow rate, the mass flow rate of the gas can be obtained.
