1. Display related faults
① No display: It may be because there is no power supply, and the power needs to be turned on; The internal switch power supply of the instrument is damaged. When the 220VAC power supply is connected, the power indicator light does not light up, indicating that it needs to be replaced; Connect the DC24V power supply in reverse and check the polarity of the power supply; If the display screen is misaligned or damaged, the former should be reinserted, and the latter should be replaced by contacting the supplier.
② Large fluctuations in display values: incorrect flow rate parameter settings, need to be checked for settings; The fluid is a pulsating flow, and the filtering coefficient can be adjusted; The sensor is dirty and should be cleaned; The sensor is damaged and needs to be returned to the factory for maintenance; Insufficient installation of straight pipe sections or proximity to bends, valves, etc., requiring re selection of installation locations; If the output signal cable is subjected to strong electrical interference or is too long, anti-interference measures should be taken or the cable should be shortened.
③ The displayed flow rate does not match the actual value: the display range or unit does not match the controller, and the matching display should be replaced; Control and measurement channels are contaminated and need to be cleaned; The zero point drift of the flowmeter needs to be readjusted.

2. Flow measurement faults
① Low flow rate: The probe direction is reversed and needs to be installed correctly; The sensor is dirty and needs to be cleaned; The sensor is damaged and needs to be returned to the supplier; The traffic parameter settings are incorrect and need to be checked.
② Significant fluctuations in flow measurement values: The temperature inside the flowmeter instrument box is not constant and needs to be maintained within an appropriate range; The temperature fluctuation of the medium entering the flowmeter is large, and it is necessary to stabilize the temperature of the medium.
③ Large flow display error: poor concentricity during flow meter installation or pipeline wear, ensure concentricity during installation, and replace the pipeline if necessary; Changes in instrument constants require re measurement, calibration, and calibration; The set flow range does not match the measurement range, and it is important to ensure that both are consistent.

3. Output signal faults
① Abnormal 4-20mA output: The 20mA range setting is incorrect and should be set correctly; Converter malfunction, need to be returned to the supplier for maintenance; The wiring has not formed a loop, please check the wiring.
② RS-485 output abnormality: baud rate and station number settings are incorrect, correct input is required; Reverse polarity, change polarity; The connecting wire is damaged and needs to be checked; The communication output cable is too long, causing signal attenuation. The short cable distance should be reduced.
③ Abnormal alarm output: The instrument parameter settings are incorrect. The alarm parameters should be set correctly; Alarm output function not configured, please contact the supplier; The relay is damaged and needs to be returned to the supplier for repair.
4. Other faults
① Flow meter blockage: Impurities in the medium enter the flow meter, causing blockage. It is necessary to regularly clean the filter and flow meter in front of the flow meter.
② Sensor overheating: If the ambient temperature is too high or the sensor has poor heat dissipation, the heat dissipation conditions can be improved, such as strengthening ventilation or installing heat dissipation devices. If necessary, replace the high-temperature resistant sensor.
③ Sensor moisture: If the environmental humidity is too high or the sealing is poor, moisture-proof measures such as placing desiccants or sealing treatment can be used.
