1. Working principle
① Basic principle of liquid level measurement: based on buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling effect. The liquid level gauge and the measured container form a connector. When the liquid level in the measured container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the liquid level gauge rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 degrees. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The actual height of the medium liquid level in the container is at the boundary between red and white.
② Principle of remote signal generation: The remote transmission function is achieved by combining a basic magnetic flap level gauge with a liquid level remote transmission device. When the magnetic float moves up and down with the liquid level, the reed switch corresponding to the liquid level position is attracted by the magnetic field inside the float, causing the resistance value of the resistance chain to change. The changed resistance signal is converted into a two-wire 4-20mADC standard signal output through a conversion module. This signal can be used in conjunction with electric Type III instruments, display instruments, light column indicators, digital display adjustment alarm instruments, etc., to achieve remote display, control, adjustment, and alarm.

2. Application scenarios
① Petrochemical industry
a. Tank level monitoring: used for measuring the level of various storage tanks such as crude oil, refined oil, chemical liquids, etc., to prevent overflow or empty tank accidents, ensure storage safety and accurate measurement.
b. Liquid level control of reaction kettle: Real time monitoring of liquid level in chemical reaction kettle, polymerization reactor and other equipment to ensure accurate control of material quantity during the reaction process and maintain stable reaction.
c. Liquid level measurement of separators: Monitor the liquid level of oil-water separators and gas-liquid separators to ensure separation efficiency and provide stable material input for subsequent processes.
② Power industry
a. Boiler drum liquid level monitoring: Real time monitoring of the liquid level inside the boiler drum to prevent dry burning or full water accidents, ensuring the safe operation of the boiler and stable supply of steam.
b. Deaerator liquid level control: Monitor the liquid level inside the deaerator to ensure deoxygenation effect, provide qualified feedwater for equipment such as steam turbines, and ensure the safety and efficiency of the entire thermal system.
c. Liquid level measurement of condensate tank: used for monitoring the liquid level of condensate tank, enabling the reasonable recovery and utilization of condensate water, ensuring the stable operation of the system, and improving energy utilization efficiency.

a. Tank level monitoring: During the storage process of food, beverages, and drugs, the tank level is measured to facilitate inventory control and ensure the hygiene and safety of the production process, in compliance with relevant industry standards.
b. Reaction tank liquid level control: In equipment such as biological reaction tanks and fermentation tanks, precise control of liquid level is achieved to provide a suitable environment for microbial growth and reaction, ensuring the stability of product quality.
c. Cleaning system liquid level monitoring: Monitor the liquid level in the CIP (In Place Cleaning) system to ensure the amount and effectiveness of cleaning solution, maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of production equipment, and prevent cross contamination.
④ Environmental protection water treatment industry
a. Liquid level monitoring of sewage treatment tank: used to monitor the liquid level of sewage treatment tank, control the operation of sewage treatment equipment reasonably according to the liquid level situation, ensure the sewage treatment effect, and meet the discharge standards.
b. Liquid level control of clean water tank: Monitor and control the liquid level in the clean water tank to ensure the stability and continuity of water supply, and meet the needs of production and domestic water.
